Found a tape with snapped or tangled film, or one that's jammed and won't play? Before you write it off as lost, get in touch. I can repair snapped and damaged tapes in many cases, splicing the film back together so it can be played and converted safely. It's not always possible to save every tape, but if the footage can be recovered, I'll do what I can to bring it back before any quality is lost for good.
